  1. Upload File: Drag & drop or click to select a file (PPTX, Excel, PDF, or Image)
  2. Extract Text: System automatically extracts Chinese text and checks translation index
  3. Choose Translation Method:
    • Translation Mode: Select Manual (default) or an auto-discovered automatic translator
    • Translate Now: Uses existing translations (only available if all strings are translated)
    • Export Batch: Download untranslated strings to translate manually (Manual mode) or auto-translate/import (Automatic mode)
    • Import Translations: Upload completed batch file with translations
  4. Download: Get your translated file!
